One of the Como apartment’s main attractions is its prime location. Situated right on the snow front of Plagne Centre, the L’Orée des Pistes residence means you can strap on your skis just a few metres from your accommodation. The ski lifts, ski schools and access to the Paradiski ski area are all within easy reach, allowing you to make the most of every day on the slopes.
Thanks to the shopping centre directly linked to the residence, you can easily reach restaurants, shops, a bakery, a mini-market, sports shops and the resort’s amenities.
The spacious living room forms the heart of the flat. Bathed in light thanks to its south-facing aspect, it opens onto a balcony offering superb views of the slopes. After a day in the mountains, it’s lovely to gather here for a meal, a board game or simply to relax in front of the fireplace.
The three bedrooms can comfortably accommodate up to ten people. The sleeping arrangements are ideal for families with children as well as groups of friends wishing to share a stay while maintaining their privacy.

The Orée des Pistes residence is located in the Plagne Centre shopping arcade. (Link google maps) Luggage can be unloaded directly at the entrance to the residence. Access to the apartment is via a lift to the 5th floor, followed by stairs.
The residence is situated at the foot of the slopes, on the snow front of Plagne Centre. You have direct access to the meeting points for ski lessons and to the ski lifts. Practical information

Our main office – Oxygène Immobilier in Plagne Centre (Orée des Pistes building) – is open every day (Sunday to Friday from 9am to 12.30pm and 2.30pm to 7pm) and on Saturdays (8am to 8pm).
