With its 300m², 10 rooms, 7 bedrooms and a studio, semi-professional kitchen, spacious living room, cinema room and sauna, the Topaz Chalet perfectly meets the expectations of travellers seeking a beautiful retreat in the heart of La Plagne.
Ideally situated at the foot of the slopes, the chalet allows you to head out and return on skis, whilst benefiting from the proximity of local shops, just around 200 metres away. After a day on the La Plagne-Paradiski ski area, make use of the ski room, equipped with a boot dryer and a practical, functional ski locker. The chalet has been renovated to accommodate 18 people for a premium holiday.
The large dining room, along with the spacious living room and semi-professional kitchen, perfectly meet the needs of 18 guests. Whether you’re enjoying a delicious meal, a hot chocolate or a Savoyard fondue, the living room will be the heart of your shared moments during your stay.

Location / How to get there
The Topaz chalet is located within the Chalets des Alpages complex, at the top of the Plagne Soleil resort. (Link google maps)
Unloading takes place at the bottom of the outside steps leading up to the mountain chalets, near the Topaz chalet (around 50 steps)
For young children, we recommend using a baby carrier than a pushchair
There is a large free outdoor car park 50 metres away.
In the heart of Plagne Soleil, you will find all amenities: a restaurant, a shop, etc.

The agency
Check-in will take place directly at the chalet. Please contact our agency 30 minutes before your arrival; a member of staff will meet you at the chalet.
If you have booked ski passes, the staff member will hand them over to you when you check in at the chalet.
Our main office – Oxygène Immobilier in Plagne Centre (Orée des Pistes building) – is open every day (Sunday to Friday from 9am–12.30pm and 2.30pm–7pm) and on Saturdays (8am–8pm).
We can be contacted every day during our opening hours and 24 hours a day in case of emergency.

Does the chalet have direct access to the slopes?
Yes, from the ski room on the ground floor of the chalet, you have access to a blue run. You return on skis via the same route.
Are the shops within walking distance?
Yes. The main shops in Plagne Soleil are about 200 metres from the chalet.
How do you get to the Topaz chalet?
The Topaz chalet is situated in the ‘Chalets des Alpages’ in Plagne Soleil. To reach the chalet, there are about fifty steps (cleared of snow)
