The Duplex Lucerne is an exceptional apartment situated within the prestigious L'Orée des Pistes residence in Plagne Centre. Designed to accommodate up to 12 people, this 170 m² apartment combines a prime location, premium facilities and generous living spaces to offer a unique experience at the heart of the Paradiski ski area.
Situated right on the snow front in Plagne Centre, the L’Orée des Pistes residence allows you to set off on skis every morning and return directly to your apartment at the end of the day. There’s no need to carry your equipment for several hundred metres: the slopes are literally on the doorstep of the residence.
This central location also allows you to make the most of the resort. Restaurants, shops, ski schools, ski lifts, hire shops and entertainment are all just a few minutes’ walk away thanks to the Plagne Centre shopping arcade. This offers real convenience, particularly for families with children or groups wishing to enjoy their holiday without using their car.
Spanning 170 m² over two floors, the Lucerne Duplex offers a level of living space that is rare in a ski resort. The flat has six bedrooms, allowing everyone to enjoy their privacy whilst sharing genuine moments of togetherness. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with a bath and toilet – a real luxury when staying with a group.
The sleeping arrangements are particularly flexible. The bedrooms fitted with single beds can be converted into double beds as required, making the apartment suitable for hosting both several families and groups of friends. This layout makes everyday life easier: everyone has their own personal space without having to share the bathrooms, which makes for a much more enjoyable stay.
On the second level lies the heart of the duplex: a magnificent living area bathed in light thanks to its south-facing aspect. The large living room opens onto a balcony offering spectacular views of the slopes of La Plagne.
